HeyPolo

HeyPolo is a privacy-first family safety and location-sharing app designed to help families, friends, and loved ones stay connected without compromising their privacy. Built by the team behind Surfshark, HeyPolo offers an alternative to traditional family tracking apps by putting users in control of their location data. Available on iOS and Android, HeyPolo provides real-time location sharing with updates every five seconds. Users can choose to share their precise location or general area, control who can see their location, and decide when sharing starts or stops. Key features include real-time GPS location sharing, unlimited family groups, arrival and departure notifications, seven-day location history, low-battery alerts, SOS emergency notifications, crash detection, driving safety insights, and customizable privacy settings. Unlike services that charge per person, HeyPolo offers one subscription for the entire family.
