About
ChambaNOW is a bilingual (English/Spanish) marketplace that connects hirers with local day laborers and skilled trade workers. Contractors, landscapers, movers, property managers and cleaning or restoration companies post a job in about two minutes, search workers by skill, ZIP code and hourly rate, and message applicants directly.
Job posts are automatically translated between English and Spanish, and chat messages translate as they are sent, so a crew lead and a worker can each read and write in their own language.
Launched in June 2026, ChambaNOW already gets 80,000+ monthly visits and has thousands of workers. Workers always use it free, with no agency markup. New hirers get their first month free with unlimited job postings. Works for day labor, contract, temp-to-hire and full-time roles. Based in Sacramento, California, USA.
Español: ChambaNOW conecta a trabajadores por día y de oficios con quienes los contratan, en inglés o en español. Gratis para trabajadores.
